We provide Express shipment, Air shipment and Ocean shipmentfor our customers choices.
 
Express shipment:
 
Small quantity orders can be shipped by EMS, FedEx, UPS and TNT. (EMS is a Chinese courier that is about 30 to 40% cheaper than FedEx or UPS or DHL but 1 or 2 days longer than other couriers.)
We also accept “freight to collect” for FedEx, TNT and UPS if customer’s related account used for freight collection. 
 
Air shipment:
The Air shipping period takes about 4-7 work days. Air shipment from our factory can reach almost all the major cities over the world.
Air shipping cost quoted here are from airport to airport. 
 
Ocean shipment:
 
The Ocean shipping period takes about 15-35 work days not considering any ground transportation. If your orders are not urgent or express in your delivery needs, we suggest you to use ocean shipment.

Customs clearance and Tariff (Customs Tax):
 
Samples shipped by Express service “do require” customs clearance, but no importing tax has to be paid in many countries because samples don’t have a declared commercial value.
For volume orders, no matter which shipping service is used, customs clearance will be required and certain Tariff fees including (Importing Tax) will have to be paid. Otherwise goods will be held by customs. Each country has it’s own determined country tariff rates. It is best for customers to choose a customs category or ask their own broker to find a customs category with which EL products are matching to a lower tax rate. In many of the countries, customs category 8541.40.00.10.which belong to the category of Light Emitting Diodes, is used and with this category number, no customs tax is charged and/or lower customs taxes will be charged. 
 
We will provide the Certificate of Origin if customer needs it to reduce the duty.
